These Terms apply to all users (consumers and businesses) of TempMailSpin.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TempMailSpin provides temporary and anonymous email addresses.
The service does not guarantee permanent availability or message storage.
The Free Tier offers basic functionality.
Premium plans are paid subscriptions (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) with advanced features.
Use of the free service does not require registration.
A contract for Premium services is concluded upon successful payment.
Users must provide accurate payment information.
Prices are those displayed at the time of purchase.
Premium subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period unless canceled before renewal.
Payments are due in advance.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase.
The right of withdrawal may expire if the user expressly agrees to begin the service before the withdrawal period ends.
Users may not use the service for:
Sending spam or bulk email
Illegal activities
Fraud, harassment, or abuse
Circumventing applicable laws or regulations
TempMailSpin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
No guarantees are made regarding uptime, availability, or error-free operation.
Liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, except where prohibited by law (e.g., injury to life, body, or health).
Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the TempMailSpin Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Premium subscriptions may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
TempMailSpin may terminate or suspend access immediately in the event of serious violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
